The project objective is the creation of European training modules and a European certification (project manager achievement level) to answer to the European labour market development throw the qualification transparency.

PROJECT ACTIVITIES:

• Identify the European needs for the companies in term of skills and levels to reach to ensure the entirety of the constructive process
• Identify at the European level the various existing trainings in wood construction in each partners country
• Work out a European skills reference frame for the job identified like determinant in the European companies to develop the market of wood construction.
• Write the European training modules to reach the level required
• Work out the rules of a European certification to promote the transparency of the European qualifications.
• Diffusion of the results and certification into the INNOVAWOOD network, organization in charge of the centralisation and management of this European certification

• Cartography of the european training offer in wood construction
• Typology of the European Wood Construction companies
• European job benchmark description
• European training modules
• European certification (professional licence standard)
