The project objective is the creation of European training modules and a European certification (project manager achievement level) to answer to the European labour market development throw the qualification transparency.

PROJECT ACTIVITIES:
- Identify the European needs for the companies in term of skills and levels to reach to ensure the entirety of the constructive process
- Identify at the European level the various existing trainings in wood construction in each partners country
- Work out a European skills reference frame for the job identified like determinant in the European companies to develop the market of wood construction.
- Write the European training modules to reach the level required
- Work out the rules of a European certification to promote the transparency of the European qualifications.
- Diffusion of the results and certification into the INNOVAWOOD network, organization in charge of the centralisation and management of this European certification
